The USAR Merino Zip Base Layer Top is engineered for high-performance professionals operating in extreme cold, urban disaster zones, or tactical environments. Made from premium 100% ultra-fine merino wool (195 g/m², 18.5 micron), this half-zip version enhances thermal regulation, while maintaining the trusted core benefits of merino: breathability, warmth, and natural odor resistance.

Designed with raglan sleeves for superior range of motion and FlatLock seams to eliminate chafing, this layer is built to move with the body during high-intensity tasks. The half-zip opening offers fast ventilation and comfort control when transitioning between active and static moments.

This base layer can be worn next-to-skin or integrated into a multi-layer technical apparel system. It’s also compatible with institutional customization, offering clean zones on the chest and sleeve for embroidered or heat-sealed team insignia.
