Who We Are

Born from a legacy of innovation, field experience, and technical precision, USAR INTERNATIONAL was founded in 2011 under CCM Istanbul — Turkish technology-based production facility focused on customized technical apparel for extreme environments.

Our founder, Burak Galip Akkurt, combines over 30 years of advanced textile production experience with decades of real-world operational expertise. As an alpinist since 1996 and a veteran search and rescue leader since 1999, he has contributed to over 9 major earthquake missions — including international deployments in Nepal. These missions shaped our belief: true performance in the field demands ergonomic design, reliability, and mission-specific functionality.

At USAR INTERNATIONAL, we specialize in the design and manufacturing of technical clothing systems tailored for:

Search and Rescue (SAR) teams

Institutional and tactical units

NGOs and government agencies

Emergency response professionals

Our Istanbul-based factory uses cutting-edge machinery, field-tested materials, and ISO-compliant processes to produce durable, breathable, and high-mobility gear. From base layers to outer shells, every product is engineered to perform under pressure — no matter the terrain, temperature, or threat level.

Our Strengths
Custom-built solutions for organizational needs

Layered apparel systems for all-weather missions

Velcro patch zones, MOLLE compatibility, reinforced paneling

Production capacity from small batches to full-scale institutional orders

We proudly serve a growing community of professional rescue teams, military suppliers, and public safety agencies across the globe. At USAR INTERNATIONAL, we don’t just make uniforms — we create mission-ready apparel that protects, performs, and adapts.

USAR INTERNATIONAL is not just a brand — it’s a partner in the field.
We build what others wear when conditions are at their worst.
