Serving as the second layer in the USAR Layered Clothing System, it is designed to be worn underneath the XP Baffin waterproof shell, offering advanced warmth and freedom of movement without compromising functionality.

Constructed with reinforced wind-resistant nylon panels across the chest, collar, back, and elbows, the jacket provides critical durability in high-abrasion zones. It includes four YKK® zippers—a full-length front closure, two side pockets, and one chest pocket—all selected for proven reliability under operational stress. Grosgrain zipper pullers enable easy handling while wearing gloves.
